Welcome to a place that’s been carved out of another human’s fascination with health, led specifically by the practice of Yoga and Diet. 

H E A L T H

Health is a balance of physical and mental elements, although many of us experience it in fragments. I’m not the most healthy - just a human with her own share of unsound physical and mental habits.

 

But with the belief that humans are privileged with the intelligence to grant themselves immunity to both physical and mental woes, I wanted to create a healthy space.

Why Yoga and Diet?

Yoga means union, a harmony between the mind and body. 

 

It was the discipline, together with a closer connection to nature and whole foods, that had helped me better balance my relationship with health.

So here on the cloud I release my endless curiosity towards Yoga and Diet, my own affection for writing, and my deepest wish to grant others the same positive experience. I hope you're catching it with your (inter)net!
